MONTGOMERY — Fyffe is one of 10 AHSAA member high schools selected to receive Dr. Lawrence Lemak Award need-based grants for the 2012-13 school year. The awards will be presented at the Coaches Championship Banquet on July 19 at Montgomery. The other recipients for 2013 include the Alabama School for the Deaf (Talladega), Fultondale, Oakman, Hanceville, Carbon Hill, Marbury, Jeff Davis (Montgomery), Huffman (Birmingham) and Hazel Green.
