The hardest part of holidays ending isn’t cleaning up, it’s getting rid of all the baggage you’ve gained. And I’m not talking luggage. Some people put on as
much as 10 pounds post-turkey and yams. Some of you may be thinking that I’m getting ahead of myself. I mean, Thanksgiving isn’t even over. But you need to keep in mind that before you begin any hardcore workout routines, you need to check with your physician.
Exercise isn’t one-size-fits-all. Think of it as the physical before you begin a new sport season.
So as you plan for the any New Year’s Resolutions (there I am thinking way ahead), plan to make a stop at your doctor’s office.
