Fans have a special craving for organized, competitive activities; here we call it Sports Munchies. And the only way to get rid of Sports Munchies is to feed the craving. If you’re one of these enthusiasts, here are some suggestions for when you’re facing the Sports Munchies.

Plan to spend a day on the field

Possibly the best way to rid yourself of Sports Munchies is to organize a group and hit the field. Put on a dirty jersey. Grab all the appropriate equipment and tear up some turf with other fans or entrapped family members.

Try something new

The iPhone could be one of the best tools of a true sports fan. It’s a pocket-sized source of sports information, news and rumors. Arguably one of the best features of the iPhone is the App Store.
