Running. It’s great and might be one of the easiest multi-purpose exercises you can do. Running a good way to burn calories, but it’s also a great way to:
- Unwind after a long day.
- Have time for yourself.
- Find time to think.
- Get some fresh air.
If you’re into group running, it’s a great way to have quality time with friends. Or you could join a local running group and make new friends.
